An advance without the interest
An advance is a loan exclusively offered as part of a life insurance scheme. As your insurer ABN AMRO can advance you part of the future insurance revenue within the conditions of the contract. That amount is limited by law to the net commutation value and is calculated accordingly on the basis of the reserves available at the moment the advance is granted.
In the meantime your pension continues to build up.
At the end of the contract, upon settlement of the insurance revenue, the advance (the outstanding amount of it) is deducted from the final revenue total.
